After 20 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, I am so excited to share that I just completed my Yoga4Love 200 Hour RYT training with Lisa. Her online program has not only given me the tools I need to teach yoga, but it has also provided me with the skills to teach yoga online as this is the direction the health/wellness/fitness industry is going. Lisa is a gifted teacher and spiritual guide. I am ready for this next chapter in my health & wellness teaching journey
