Set the pace, with personalized modifications offered to customize your yoga experience from a qualified instructor. Start with an uplifting, flowing series of poses that are for every BODY! Experience bliss in this fun yoga class! All poses (asanas) are demonstrated clearly in several modifications, so that the practitioner may choose what feels best for his or her own body. Learn to utilize our breath, body and mind.
Progress safely through a full spectrum of yoga poses and modifications beginning with gentle warm up, building into heat with sun salutations, then move through a fun vinyasa flow. Practice standing, seated balances and gentle twists, Warrior series, modified back bends and an intro into many other poses. Focus your practice on the fundamental basics or push your practice to find your edge while flowing, holding, breathing and sweating. You will leave your mat feeling balanced and strong!
The class wraps up with a final relaxation (Savasana), to soak up of the benefits
of our yoga practice.
*When weather is nice out we will practice Outdoor Yoga by the Waterfall!

This flowing style class links the fundamental asanas (poses) of Yoga linking body, mind and breath with MUSIC!
This style is called Intuitive Vinyasa Flow Yoga as it is traditional vinyasa downloaded with the Divine Feminine flow for this changing time. Lisa Ware takes you through the basic alignment personalized modifications for your body type, level and ability, offering each pose in stages (kramas).
Prana, the life force energy is accessed through an flow of yoga poses directly linked to the breath. Yoga is to link, in this style of yoga we incorporate Shamanic teachings focusing on connection to the elements and our chakras.
We start with breath work (pranayama) and setting our intention. The flow focuses on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Warrior series, Twists, Back bending and an intro to arm balances and inversions. Lisa sets the tone of class with conscious music, delivering a powerful yoga practice experience .
Feel refreshed and balanced ending in a final relaxation with Reiki in Savasana.
